more than 1.5 megabases of published DNA sequence.
The illustration shows the left arm of the Arabidopsis chromosome 3 with its
centromere (cen3).
The upper region of the diagram shows the position of a larger region of chromosome 3 (contig 778). The lower magnification shows the regions within this contig analysed by Genotype with the labelling of the specific BAC clones marked in colour above the arrows.
