The isolated DNA is free from contaminating chromosomal
DNA. The purified cosmids
or plasmids can be directly used for restriction analysis. The preparations
are perfect for automatic DNA sequencing.
The purified amount of DNA from each clone is enough to perform
30 restriction
analyses or
20 DNA sequencing reactions from plasmid
DNA or
20 DNA sequencing reactions from cosmid
DNA.
The use of our special vacuum station gives optimal
results with very high throughput and very short hands-on time.
